Over in eastern Nepal, treks in the Kanchanjunga region take a little more perseverance to get to and to organise.  But the effort is well worth while.  The most well known trek in the area is to the Base Camp but there are other areas to explore.  As well as seeing spectacular views of Kanchanjunga, you may wish to visit Pathibara, one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in Eastern Nepal.  In Spring, treks in the Kanchanjunga area take you through forests of flowering rhododendron and if you are really lucky, you may spot a rare red panda!

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at the airport and pick you up from airport to Hotel.

Day 20: Climbing rokky mountain to Lapsaga La Phedi- Lapsang La 5110m and camp Lapsang 4300m about 12h.

Day 21: excursion to Yalung and Oktang south face base camp of Kanchenjunga.
