Langtang valley over Gyanjala pass 5220m. it’s a strenuous trekking. It requires good trekking experience and a good physical form. Good thing is that before going over the pass trekking in the Langtang valley makes big acclimatization opportunity, ready for to go over 5220m. Kyanjin is little village now which before tourist it was just the local Yaks meadow, but later many visitor came to visit and local people build a tea house for the visitor and also established Yak cheese factory, also a Buddhist monastery. view of Langtang, Ganesh himal, Lang sisa ri, Yabru himal, Dorje Lakpa/Dokpo, Langup, Morimoto peak. Langsisa in Sherpa language Lang means Ox and sisa means death so it is place of an Ox died and the ox converted into stone ox which can seen till now. There are holly flags over it. This route follows along the Langtang river from Syarpa goan. Ama Yangri : ama means mother and Yangri her name: Once a time Yak Shepherd a woman died on this peak and her three sons has constructed a stupa where they had found her died body. It is a spectacular view point of this area.

There are villages of mixed ethnics, Tamang and Sherpa villages Brahmans and so on. The route passes through forest and villages. Rhododendron blossom in March and April. Beautiful landscape.


Before trek: Arrival in Kathmandu, we will pick up you at airport, transfer to hotel, briefing.

Tips, yes, still it is common in Nepal. If you are happy with their service, we recommend around 8–10 USD for guide per day and about 6–8 USD for porter. Although our guides and porters receive a fair wage, it must be remembered that their work is seasonal.
